I'm going to take a wild guess that perhaps Grandpa Cookie had something to do with her learning that particular song?

Also: who would not like this video? I defy anyone not to like this video. Even scurvy dogs would like this video, because she makes them sound so darn CUTE!

Those curls!!

Okay that's absolutely priceless--thanks for posting it :D Do you know the great great children's book/poem "Custard the Dragon"? I'm betting you do b/c it's something of a family favorite. If you don't, please add it to your list of things to get/read your children. There's a pirate in it, so this song made me think of it.

"Custard" is by Ogden Nash, BTW. Your dad can probably recite parts of it. xo.

!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely melted!!!!!!! That was absolutely precious Arwen. Thank you for posting.

AWWWWWWW.

That was the best! The boys love it and I love the scurvy dogs :) What song is she singing by the way?

As soon as I pressed Play, Asher and Lucy came running for the computer. And they watched twice. CAPTIVATED.

She's adorable. I loved it. Bravo, Camilla!

Oh, that is HILARIOUS! I couldn't stop laughing! OH THE CUTENESS!!! She is so stinkin' adorable! "Da scowvy dowgs" made me completely melt!

Going to watch it again now...

Okay, so I also have to know what song that is and how she learned it?

"Doo doot doo doot doot dooooo"

AAHHHH!! Cute!

So cute. I agree with Blog Nerd- those are some beautiful curls.

I also wanted to comment on the Faith and Family article that you linked to that featured the meditation by Cardinal Newman.
While I am not Catholic (I am Lutheran), I was deeply moved by it- it reminded me of my sweet Nathan and the fact the God had a wonderful purpose for his life, even though his life was very short and filled with tribulation. Thank you for sharing!

You had me at "Scurvy Dog".

Too cute!

That was hilarious. And the curls!!

As I was watching this, I thought back to the video you had of her pronouncing her name as Bih-Buh. She's come a long way. Loved it.

That's great. Love it. You remind me that I'm a terrible parent because I almost never take out my video camera.

Oh my. One of the cutest things I have ever seen. She is a lovely little lady, and I love how her face lit up when she said "scurvy dogs"!!!
